The closed joint-stock company CJSC Montazh-Invest is a Russian company, founded in 2005, that invested in the construction of the PREO 8 multifunctional business centre, later becoming the owner of the building. The primary type of activity of CJSC Montazh-Invest is the management and leasing of the non-residential premises belonging to the company, i.e. the PREO 8 business centre.

Tovarishchestvo Teatral'nykh Arkhitektorov (the Association of Theatre Architects) was created in 1992 by prominent Moscow architects who had specialised in designing public buildings for many years. LLC TTA was founded by academicians of the Russian Academy of Architecture and Construction Sciences, Y. P. Gnedovsky, V. D. Krasilnikov, honored architects of the Russian Federation, members of the RAACS and candidates of architecture M. M. Gavrilova and S. V. Gnedovsky. The TTA team has designed the following buildings: The Russian Cultural Centre, The Moscow International House of Music, a complex of office buildings on Novoslobodskaya Street, The Theatre and Cultural Centre of Vs. Meyerhold and others.
